The DIMODI project empowers SME teams working in virtual and remote environments. It addresses the challenges caused by various 'distance dimensions' that can hinder collaboration and lead to workplace exclusion during the digital transition. The key outcomes will be an online feedback tool to pinpoint these challenges and targeted micro-credential courses designed to provide flexible, learner-centred solutions to bridge these distances and foster effective remote collaboration skills.
