The aim of BRIDGE is to reduce nursing dropout rates by enhancing the clinical part of education preparing students to become independent practitioners. The objective is to improve clinical supervisors' teaching practices and recognize their excellence across partner countries. This emphasis on supervisor development reflects the project's commitment to achieving optimal learning outcomes for nursing students, accomplished through the development and implementation of an online course.
