The project "Cultural Synergy: Advancing the approach to care labour shortage through Filipino-Nordic joint stakeholder co-operation" is a 2-year pioneer aiming to gain a deeper understanding of opportunities, challenges and barriers related to recruitment and integration of labour from third countries in a Northern European context. The project will develop educational materials to bridge the gap between European and Filipino culture, enabling care education and labour market integration.
