Objectives

The idea of the project appeared among the students already in the 7th grade, when it became noticeable that there was less and less live communication in the school, and during breaks many spend time on their phones and almost do not interact with each other, this caused a feeling that even being in one space, students do not always feel themselves as part of the group, therefore the idea appeared to try to change this through movement, games and joint activities, since in such formats it is easier to start communicating, even if it is difficult to speak or there is a language barrier, the main goal became the development of communication through action, so that participants could learn to agree, listen to each other, work in a team and feel more confident in a group, an important task was not only participation in activities, but also the creation of their own ideas that can be used in the school, therefore participants did not just complete tasks, but came up with their own formats of games and interaction that could interest other students, it was also important to understand how through movement it is possible to build communication without pressure, so that even those who find it difficult to join immediately could gradually become part of the process, a separate goal became the development of initiative, so that participants do not wait for ready solutions, but themselves propose ideas and try to implement them, at the same time the project was aimed not only at the personal experience of participants, but also at changes in the school environment, so that after the completion of the project it would be possible to use the developed formats and involve other students in more active and live communication.
