The main goal of the project ,,StressLess’’ was to support young people’s mental well-being and raise awareness about stress, burnout and the importance of healthy relationships. Through the youth exchange, we wanted to provide participants aged 16-18 with practical tools and strategies for stress management, burnout prevention, emotional regulation, and self-care. The project aimed to help young people better recognise signs of excessive stress and burnout in themselves and others, while also encouraging empathy, mutual support, and open discussions about mental health. Another important objective was to reduce stigma around mental health topics and increase awareness about where and how young people can seek support when needed. The project also focused on developing participants’ social, communication, teamwork, and intercultural skills through non-formal learning activities, workshops, group discussions, journaling, outdoor activities, and cultural exchange. In addition, we wanted to create an inclusive and supportive environment where young people from different backgrounds could learn from each other, share experiences, and build meaningful international connections.
