The aim of the study visit was to find out how young people with fewer opportunities are socialised in Spain, to learn from their experiences and to take over the knowledge and experience gained there into my own daily work. I wanted to find out what are the working practices in Spain? How are they implemented? What are the risk areas? Are there any methodologies that are not yet used in Estonia? How is it possible to integrate methodologies and/or techniques that we do not yet use into the toolbox of our NHSs? At the same time, we would like to share the practices and methodologies used by our NHSs in Estonia, from which colleagues in Spain can learn. The aim of the study visit was to get at least one new piece of knowledge, work technique or method into the toolbox of every youth welfare specialist, which can be integrated into their work in the future and which will help young people with NEET status to start working or return to school.
