We want to update the knowledge and improve the qualifications of our employees in matters related to their scientific field and to stay informed in areas related to their work and subject of knowledge. We want our teaching staff to be able to meet the needs of our trainees with fewer opportunities. Finally we want to solidify our international cooperation dimension.
As a prevention organization we decided that in the context of European mobility and cooperation it would be better to focus on the further development of the "Workshop of Life" initiative. This is because this specific initiative is a particularly successful approach to the development of psychosocial skills in the local community and therefore we will be able to better utilize the possibilities and opportunities offered in the aforementioned contexts.
