Our objectives are to develop a structured mentorship program for individuals initiating community-driven cultural spaces, enhance the quality of our non-formal education programs in arts and cultural management, and improve the financial and environmental sustainability of our spaces. We also seek to strengthen our international collaborations and advocacy efforts, positioning Communitism within the broader European cultural policy landscape.
Communitism applied for this project to enhance the quality and sustainability of its adult education programs, strengthen its mentorship framework, and improve the sustainable governance of community-driven cultural spaces. By engaging in mobility activities, we aim to learn from European best practices in participatory governance, sustainable management, and arts education, ensuring that our training programs better support citizens in reclaiming and shaping urban spaces.
