Taking into account the local labor market that has corresponding structures and the curriculum of the Nursing Assistant specialty, we believe that it will be an additional qualification for students to specialize in the basic principles of intercultural nursing care in the light of empathy. The theoretical part and practical training in health units will help students to understand the practices followed by their respective professionals
