We seek to equip the management and the administrative staff with knowledge to redesign the school's objectives and administrative structures, teachers to be able to adapt curricula, teaching methods and tools to the new requirements and new sustainable professions, to elaborate methods to improve students' professional and social skills and students to have real experience of their chosen profession.
The proposal of PEPAL Ptolemaida is made to meet the needs created at the school, due to the crisis that prevails in the region of Kozani Prefecture as a result of the gradual reduction of lignite mining and the change of the productive base of the Prefecture. The school has to adapt its administrative structures, the educational contents and specialties offered, as well as the new skills it cultivates in teachers and students to the new challenges it will face.
