By the end of the program, our goals are to enhance staff development in international practices, digital skills, and student empowerment techniques, ensuring their advantage in the job market through hands-on experience. This will help them thrive both professionally and personally as active European citizens. At the same time, we aim to upgrade the quality of our inclusive Vocational Education by connecting it with European cultural practices.
Our organization constantly faces challenges that hinder the inclusion of students. Uncertainty about their professional future and lack of self-esteem affect our work. There is a need for staff training at the European level, focusing on diversity, best practices, and technologies to enhance students' professional and psychological empowerment. Strengthening their autonomy, knowledge, and experiences will help them become active, responsible professionals.
