Objectives

The program aims to improve students' practical, linguistic, and digital skills through hands-on training in modern healthcare facilities. It promotes intercultural understanding, recognition of the importance of European cooperation, familiarity with European professional standards, and increased employability. Additionally, it strengthens European identity and prepares students for a competitive professional environment.

Background

The present program aims to enhance students' skills in the Health - Welfare - Well-being sector. The lack of practical training, the need for familiarity with modern technologies, and limited access to European experiences make mobility participation essential. The goal is to gain professional experience, increase employability, and strengthen European cooperation in modern nursing and childcare facilities, providing a valuable opportunity for empowerment.
