Through the implementation of this project, we aim to enhance vocational education through experiential learning, practical training, and international collaboration. Students will gain experience in their field, developing technical and collaborative skills in multicultural work environments. Educators will improve their practices through job shadowing, integrating innovative methods and strengthening the school’s connection with the labor market.
We applied because, through questionnaires and discussions, we identified that students and teachers need international experience, skill development, and connection with the labor market. Collaboration with organizations abroad enhances experiential learning, creating a dynamic and inclusive school while simultaneously improving our practices and strengthening international partnerships for future Erasmus+ projects.
