The aim of this Project is contribution to the vocational integration of individuals with disabilities (IwD) according to their skills and qualifications. The Project’s objectives include research on workplace challenges and difficulties of IwD, the exploration of employers' attitudes towards the employment of IwD, the design and implementation of training programs on employers and IwD, and the exploration of the impact of training programs and training materials on the employers' attitudes.
