We want to create an experience where young people from different countries come together in a remote area and discover the importance of manual work, agricultural production and the possibility for traditional professions to evolve with new technologies. During the project they will learn how olive oil production, local gastronomy and sustainable entrepreneurship can offer opportunities to those living far from large urban centres. Our aim is to give participants the confidence and inspiration to embark on new ventures, work together and make use of their local natural resources. We seek to change the perception that manual work is outdated and show how it can be brought to life through modern technology, tourism and innovative ideas. In the end, young people will leave with knowledge, action plans and cooperation networks that will strengthen their motivation to invest in land and local products, tapping into the potential of rural areas in every corner of Europe.
