Objectives

As the informal youth group "Community Cohorts," in collaboration with the organizations Scout Society, Fejlődő Fiatalok Egyesülete, and Dínamo, we aim to implement a youth exchange project with the goal of addressing the challenges of youth unemployment, limited access to resources, and low self-esteem among young people. Our primary goal is to empower young people by providing them with the necessary tools and skills to develop their own initiatives, seize new employment opportunities, and become creative, innovative, and resilient in the face of the challenges they encounter. We aim to tackle youth unemployment, foster an entrepreneurial mindset, and enhance the self-confidence of young people by offering them the tools they need to succeed in life and the labor market. Through practical workshops and experiential exercises, participants will learn how to identify market opportunities, design and implement business plans, and recognize and manage potential risks. The program will cover key topics such as creative thinking, problem-solving, project management, and understanding basic economic concepts so that young people can acquire solid business skills. At the same time, through social entrepreneurship and the principles of the circular economy, we want to highlight that entrepreneurship is not just about profit but can also serve social and environmental purposes. By examining examples of social enterprises and sustainable business models, participants will learn how they can create value for the community while also protecting the environment and promoting sustainability. Our aim is to show them that social enterprises can be both profitable and socially responsible at the same time. Modern technology and artificial intelligence also play a central role in our program, as we recognize their importance in enhancing young people's business and personal skills. Through workshops focusing on the use of digital tools, we aim to introduce young people to how artificial intelligence, digital systems CRM, and digital platforms can help enhance their business efforts and improve their professional opportunities. We seek to reduce the digital divide and give young people the confidence to use these technologies to their benefit. Participants will work in multicultural teams, fostering mutual understanding, tolerance, and solidarity among young people from different cultural and social backgrounds. Furthermore, they will learn how to integrate into European networks, gain access to resources, and explore funding opportunities to implement their own projects and initiatives. This knowledge will help them continue their development even after the program concludes. At the end of the process, participants will understand the dynamics of youth entrepreneurship, strengthen their European identity, and establish new partnerships and networks that will support them in their professional journey. Non-formal educational methods, such as group work, role-playing, experiential exercises, and cultural exchanges, will enhance creativity and social inclusion, providing young people with the tools to respond to social challenges and contribute to creating a better, more inclusive, and sustainable future. In conclusion, we aim to give young people the opportunity to develop their skills, innovate, create, and collaborate to contribute to building a better society based on solidarity, equality, and sustainability.
