Nobody is teaching youngsters on integrating their unconscious parts. Our research confirms society is educating them into suppressions, anxieties, and fears. Youngsters are experiencing a lot of stress, and social pressure. They are unclear about their identity, because they are trying to fit in. They are unaware of their potential because they never dared to take a risk. Anxiety about the future among young people is a complex issue rooted in a combination of societal pressures, economic instability, cultural expectations, and personal identity struggles. The interplay of these factors leads to significant personal and societal consequences, including mental health challenges, social isolation, and economic dependency. Addressing this anxiety requires a holistic approach that fosters supportive environments, encourages authentic self-expression, and enhances mental health resources. With the consortium of the partner, we have decided to answer the situation by developing a learning field in which players can be experimenting and discovering their potential, while going through process of integration and acceptance of everything they have, and not seeing it as something bad, but as a potential and power they can use for their benefits. We set up the frame of the project as following: VISION: Hero of my life GOAL: Let youngsters tap into their full potential O1: Establish a safe space in which youngsters with fewer opportunities can grow together O2: Let youngsters realise what they are capable of O3: Boost youngsters soft skills, especially Communication skills, Cooperation, Empathy, Improvisation, Proactivity O4: Boost youngsters confidence, readiness to step out of comfort zone, inclusivity, and mindfulness O5: Let youngsters recognize their shadow, their skills, and make a plan on how to use it O6: Promote Greek culture O7: Disseminate the learnings
