Through this project, we aim to connect with other schools that work with students whose profiles are similar to ours, in order to update our methods and improve our response to our students. We also wish to reaffirm our belief in belonging to a wide, open, and diverse Europe, while also recognizing the many elements that unite us.
We are teachers at an Adult Education Center. The teaching staff mainly comes from Primary Education Schools, as our educational system does not have a specific specialization in "Education for Adults." Erasmus+ offers us the opportunity to train ourselves in order to work with the diversity of our students (origin, culture, age, gender, socio-economic level, etc.) and motivate them. This project would allow us to continue building on previous Erasmus+ experiences.
