The project aims to ensure that students whose left formal education and return to the adult education system successfully complete their training. It has five main objectives: implementing flexible learning options, understanding how adult education centers operate, improving educational quality, studying foreign language learning needs and digital competencies through AI, and understanding integrated planning of non-formal vocational training.
The Education, Culture and Sports Council of Castilla-La Mancha faces complex educational challenges: demographic challenge, rural depopulation, population aging, school dropout, and the need for methodological adaptation. The Erasmus+ project seeks to improve educational quality, develop teaching skills, innovate in adult education, and create flexible strategies that facilitate lifelong learning, especially in rural areas and for vulnerable groups.
