1- Integrate a strong European focus into the training processes of students and teachers involved in our Adult Education Course, laying the foundations for developing a European space for adult students. 2- Enhance our educational offerings to ensure that adults with fewer resources can access higher-quality education. 3- Establish a training program for our teachers where multiculturalism and digital education are priorities, aiding in the implementation of quality educational programs.
Our educational community at ESPA has identified specific needs that can be addressed and even overcome through training activities developed within the framework of Erasmus+. These activities aim to tackle academic, cultural, linguistic, competency-based, and professional aspects, providing a successful and meaningful educational experience for our adult students and teaching staff.
