The established goals are aligned with the needs of the adult education centres in the following lines of work: - motivating and active methodologies - inclusion, diversity and European values - digital training to address the challenges of our society The different actions taken will aim at obtaining strategies and tools for our team so that they are ready to lead and take part in the training of the teaching body of this educational stage.
This project has been designed bearing in mind the needs assessment we had previously conducted in the adult education centres of our region. It revealed a demand for innovative strategies and digital tools, which would promote a more personalized and effective learning in an inclusive and sustainable environment, always regarding the EU values. For this reason, our staff needs to know methodologies and resources to be implemented in teacher lifelong professional learning and development.
