The objectives are to improve the quality and innovation of training programs through AI integration, develop digital competencies within the team, and incorporate Process Work into our methodologies. The project will contribute to designing new training programs that can be replicated in other socio-educational contexts, strengthening European networks and alliances in adult education, technology, and the arts, while promoting accessibility to new pedagogical strategies for social inclusion.
We want to explore how AI and Process Work can transform our pedagogical methodologies, allowing us to address issues such as inequalities and discrimination through innovative approaches. This project will enable us to train our team in digital tools and systemic methodologies, ensuring that our training programs are more accessible, participatory, and transformative, aligned with the values of Erasmus+ and the needs of our community.
