• Incorporate good practices from German and Finnish Dual Vocational Training into Gentis programmes to improve training methodologies and practical training. • Optimise the intermediation strategy with Catalan companies to facilitate more internships and job opportunities, taking Dual Vocational Training as a reference. • Increase the employability of vulnerable groups with programmes more aligned with the Dual model, connecting training and the labour market.
Gentis offers vocational training but needs to strengthen its prospecting and intermediation work with companies, especially in the rural context (low population and dispersed companies). We want to learn from the Dual Vocational Training model, which combines theoretical/practical training and prioritises contact with companies, as well as align ourselves with the strategic orientation towards DVT in Spain, offering accessible job opportunities and improving our impact on the rural environment
