Through this project, IES Justo Millán aims to strengthen the technical, linguistic, and digital skills of its staff and students, improve the employability of students and recent graduates, and foster inclusion and sustainability within the school. Additionally, the project seeks to internationalize educational methodologies and establish a collaborative network with European institutions, incorporating the results into the school’s strategic plans to achieve lasting educational transformation.
IES Justo Millán from Albacete, applies to participate in the project "Training Horizons: Bridging Learning and Work" to address key needs such as improving student employability, internationalization, reducing the digital divide, and strengthening school coexistence. This project will enable the school to integrate innovative practices, enhance vocational training, and promote a more inclusive, sustainable educational environment aligned with the demands of the labor market.
