We aim to open international opportunities for our VET students, enhancing their professional, digital, and language skills in European companies. For many, this will be their first experience abroad, expanding their career prospects. Additionally, teachers will participate in job shadowing at VET centers, gaining new methodologies in digitalization, sustainability, and inclusion, fostering innovation and internationalization within the institution.
We aim to expand international opportunities for our VET students, allowing them to access training experiences in Europe. Although our center already participates in Erasmus+ at other educational levels, these students have not yet had this opportunity. Many come from vulnerable backgrounds, where job insecurity limits their employability. The mobility will enable them to enhance their professional, digital, and language skills in European companies, facilitating their access to the labormarket
