With this project, we aim to enhance career guidance and motivation among VET students, providing international experiences that strengthen their interest and commitment. Additionally, we seek to update teachers' skills, incorporating innovative methodologies and advanced technologies into teaching. Finally, we strive to strengthen the internationalization of VET, establishing networks with European institutions and improving students' employability.
We applied for this project to improve the quality of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in our institution by strengthening career guidance, student motivation, and methodological innovation for teachers. We have identified a lack of international experiences, a technological gap, and a low perception of the value of VET, which limits students' employability. Erasmus+ will enable us to acquire new skills, modernize teaching, and enhance the internationalization of VET.
