The project aims to improve coexistence and well-being within the school by implementing European strategies observed during the management team's mobility in Iceland. Additionally, it seeks to update automotive training with knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles acquired by teachers in France. Through these actions, educational quality will be strengthened, aligning teaching with labor market demands and promoting a healthier school environment.
This project addresses needs identified at the Instituto Narcís Monturiol. On one hand, it aims to improve coexistence and well-being within the school, with the mobility of the management team in Iceland providing insight into strategies applied in other educational systems. On the other hand, it seeks to update automotive training to meet new sustainability challenges, enabling teachers in France to acquire knowledge on hybrid and electric vehicles and integrate it into their teaching.
