The project aimed to improve the quality and internationalisation of our VET provision by giving students the opportunity to develop professional, linguistic and personal skills in a real European context. It also sought to enhance teachers’ competences through job shadowing, promote the exchange of good practices, strengthen cooperation with European partners, and foster inclusion, autonomy and European citizenship.
Our organisation is a secondary and vocational education school located in a densely populated area of Málaga, with students from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. The project aimed to strengthen the European dimension of our VET provision, improve students’ professional, linguistic and personal skills, and offer teachers opportunities to learn from other European schools through mobility and job shadowing.
