We seek real improvement in our school by tackling key challenges to achieve greater inclusion for those facing difficulties due to a lack of equity. We aim to reduce the gender gap, which is particularly relevant in our context, by driving digitalisation—a process already underway following the new Vocational Education and Training law. We firmly believe that digitalisation acts as a bridge to inclusion, providing more opportunities and reducing inequalities in our social context.
We are applying for this project because, after participating in consortia organised by other entities and managing over 40 mobilities this year, we believe the Erasmus+ team is ready to take on the role of organiser and handle the process independently. At CIPFP Canastell, we firmly believe that participation in European programmes is key to the school's improvement, enhancing educational quality and providing new opportunities for both students and staff
