The project has three main objectives: 1. Establish strategic partnerships with European institutions and companies to facilitate high-quality international internships. 2. Enhance the training and competencies of teaching staff through mobility opportunities that allow them to observe best practices in other countries. 3. Integrate the Erasmus culture into the daily life of the school, promoting the participation of students, teachers, and families in awareness-raising and mobility activities.
IES Comercio, located in Logroño, Spain, is applying for the KA-122 project to promote international mobility for students and teachers, aiming to improve their professional, linguistic, and cultural skills. Despite its experience with European programs like Erasmus+, the institute faces challenges such as the lack of internships abroad and the need to enhance the competencies of teaching staff.
