We expect the project to have an immediate benefit on students by promoting the acquisition of specialized knowledge and inter and intrapersonal skills that will enable them to adapt to the changing demands of labor markets and improve their employability. Additionally, it will enhance the participants’ English language proficiency. They will also develop a broader European awareness, learning to respect different cultures and fostering an open and inclusive mindset.
Our school is applying for this project to improve the quality of English language learning and promote practical work skills among students. In addition, it aims to provide intercultural opportunities and facilitate their integration into the European labour market. The project also seeks to strengthen relationships with partners in Dublin, promoting future school and work collaborations within the European Union, thus enriching students’ educational and professional experience.
