We aim to improve our teachers’ skills in digitalization and social inclusion through job-shadowing in a specialized European organization. We also seek to strengthen students' soft skills and adaptability through mobility in international companies, allowing them to experience real work environments and build confidence. Additionally, the project will enhance our organization’s internationalization by expanding our collaboration network.
Our organization works with people in socially vulnerable situations, who struggle with soft skills and digital competencies. We have identified the need to improve our teachers’ training in inclusive methodologies and digital tools to better support these groups. Additionally, we aim to provide international experiences for students to enhance their autonomy and employability.
