The main objective is the gradual internationalization of our educational center, breaking down academic and professional barriers for students and teachers while offering a valuable experience in the world of vocational training. In addition to making a lasting impact on scholarship recipients, the goal is to enhance the quality of teaching and learning at the school, and also creating an environment of cultural exchange for visits from partner institutions similar to ours.
The School of Hospitality and Tourism of Girona is requesting this project to offer students the opportunity to complete part or all of the Work-Based Training module abroad, specifically in France, a neighboring country and a reference in the gastronomy sector. The participants are students from vocational training programs in cooking, pastry, and restaurant services.
