On the one hand, for the teachers involved it represents an opportunity to foster interest in methodology applied in other countries as well as opportunities to establish links with other institutions that will allow them to work on future common projects. On the other hand, for the students, we intend to encourage their participation in mobility programmes and improve their linguistic and working skills in other environments and with other ways of operating in other countries.
Because we want to offer students more opportunities for internationalisation. We have detected that they are increasingly reluctant to carry out exchanges on their own and we believe that carrying out exchanges in groups can encourage their interest in other cultures and promote their skills both in terms of educational content and in future work environments as they are exposed to new languages, new ways of working and new cultures in a controlled manner and supported by the teaching staff.
