As mentioned in other points, with this project we seek: - Comprehensively complete the Internationalization of our center in the area that we lack (VET). - Contribute to complete the training of students for their full integration into the labor market. - Improve teacher training, incorporating new methodological techniques and updated knowledge thanks to Job Shadowing mobilities and structured courses.
We are very motivated and after our previous experiences in ERASMUS+ projects in Secondary and Higher Education, we consider ourselves able to manage the mobilities of the VET cycles that we are missing with guarantees of success. We consider that ERASMUS+ mobilities for the VET grades of our center can bring an extra value to the training for all participants in the mobilities, as we have seen in those already carried out in secondary and higher education.
