To reinforce the knowledge of the participants by learning about the construction sector in other European countries; 5. To attract young people to setorial VET by improving its attractiveness with the Erasmus mobility
The construction sector requires skilled labour in rehabilitation and energy efficiency, aligned with European objectives. This scenario could generate 140,000 green jobs per year, requiring quality vocational training adapted to sectoral trends. The “Build your Future” project is a European mobility program that would boost vocational training in these areas, improving the skills of participants and their employability.
