Objectives

The project aimed to foster intercultural relationships between students from Spain and Finland, promoting collaborative work in an international environment. It also sought to expand knowledge about sustainability in the healthcare and administrative sectors. In addition, the project provided mobility opportunities for students with fewer financial resources, facilitating their travel abroad, the creation of new relationships, and personal and professional growth.

Background

ETP Xavier is a vocational education and training (VET) center in Barcelona that offers intermediate-level programs in Nursing Assistant Care, Pharmacy and Parapharmacy, and Administrative Management. The Erasmus+ project is carried out in collaboration with a school in Finland to analyse sustainability in the healthcare and administrative sectors through research, exchange of good practices, and international mobilities, promoting professional, linguistic, and intercultural competences.
