The project aims to improve students' professional training, labor mobility, and language skills, positively impacting their development, attitudes, and competencies, strengthening their European citizenship. For teachers, it focuses on expanding knowledge and fostering innovative learning through exchange with European professionals. Non-teaching staff: growth, creation of an EU network, adaptation of training offerings, continuous improvement, and exchange of experiences.
To enhance the training and socio-professional inclusion of VET students at the Training Center, offering internships in European organizations. This will enrich their resumes, help them learn a new language, and strengthen their European identity. It will also address the challenges posed by DANA, providing personal and professional growth opportunities, expanding career prospects, and opening new possibilities, while fostering EU networking.
