To improve the recognition and validation of the competences that adults acquire through volunteering. This will be achieved with the development, testing, improvement and dissemination across Europe of a Transnational Competence Framework for Volunteering—aligned with the major European frameworks EQF, ESCO, DigComp, EntreComp, and GreenComp, and designed for seamless integration with the Europass tools—and a digital guide to facilitate its implementation.
