OBJ 1. Build knowledge base about small rural communities that are at risk because of depopulation and climate change. OBJ 2. Build theoretical model of resilience in this context, using the Quadruple Helix. OBJ 3. Co-create a methodology for Living Lab events using our Resilience Framework with HE students and stakeholders, and put it into practice. OBJ 4. Define and disseminate best practices for building resilience in rural communities at risk because of climate change.
