This project aims to create teacher training programs and systems enhanced with AI tools, leading to increase teacher satisfaction, well-being, professional development (both pedagogically and digitally), and promoting inclusion and sustainability. All this accompanied by the establishment of international cooperation networks, with the goal of creating a more equitable and forward-thinking educational ecosystem that prepare students for the understanding and responsible, efficient use of AI.
