The project aims to support VET centers in digital and green transformation. Based on the paradigm that Learning Factories have introduced in education fields, the project proposes ways to enhance the effectiveness of LFs in vocational education. Innovations focus on three areas: enhance pedagogy aspects for LFs for VET characteristics, methods for integration and interacting with technologies in LFs from an Industry 5.0 perspective, and supporting teachers in managing pedagogical transitions.
