Objectives

The main objective of this project is to provide young people with a transformative experience that allows them to grow not only personally but also to become active agents of change in their communities. Through an international exchange focusing on key topics such as environmental sustainability, inclusion and diversity, media literacy, and active participation in democratic life, we aim to equip them with the necessary tools to better understand current challenges and become catalysts for solutions within their local environments. One of our objectives is to raise awareness among young people about the global environmental crisis and show them how they can contribute to the solution. We want them to become conscious agents of their surroundings by teaching them to adopt sustainable practices such as recycling, upcycling, and responsible resource usage. Through practical workshops and activities that encourage action, we will provide them with the tools to reduce their ecological footprint both in their daily lives and in their communities. We believe that change begins locally, and young people are a key part of implementing these changes effectively. Promoting inclusion and diversity will be another cornerstone of the project. We want to create a space where young people can appreciate diversity in all its forms—whether cultural, gender-related, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic differences. Through inclusive dynamics, we will foster empathy and mutual respect, ensuring that all participants, including those from marginalized groups, feel heard and can contribute their voices. With this approach, we aim to generate a positive impact that promotes social cohesion and ensures that this inclusive space extends to the communities of the participants. We live in a digital age where the ability to discern between true information and misinformation is more important than ever. In this project, we will work with young people to develop media literacy skills, teaching them to critically evaluate media, identify fake news, and consume digital content ethically. Through interactive workshops, we will help them understand how digital media can be both a tool for empowerment and a space for risk, and we will equip them with the tools to use these resources responsibly, contributing to a more informed and critical society. Another key objective is to teach young people about their role in democratic society. We want them to understand the importance of engaging in democratic processes, from participating in public debates to understanding their rights and responsibilities as citizens. The young people will learn how to organize local events, contribute to debates, and take part in elections, which will allow them to develop their ability to act and make decisions that impact their surroundings. This approach will not only empower them but also strengthen their communities by integrating a new generation of committed leaders. Through the project, we aim to improve the personal and professional skills of the participants. The workshops will offer young people the opportunity to learn practical skills such as leadership, teamwork, and project management. These skills are key not only for their personal development but also to enable them to take on leadership roles in their communities and contribute meaningfully to solving local and global problems. Additionally, we will foster their professional growth, providing them with tools that enhance their employability and capacity to make informed decisions about their future. One of the goals of the project is to promote collaboration among young people from different countries. Through international cooperation, participants will be able to share ideas, learn from each other, and work on joint projects. This exchange will not only strengthen their ability to work in multicultural teams but will also open new perspectives for them and help them build networks that extend beyond the project's duration. International collaboration will serve as a driving force for mutual understanding and global solidarity. It is essential that young people with fewer opportunities have access to this experience. We are committed to providing additional support to those who need it, ensuring they can fully participate in all activities. We want every young person, regardless of their background, to have the opportunity to be an active part of the project, make the most of the skills acquired, and benefit from an experience that opens new doors for them both personally and professionally.
