The main objective of our project is to improve the employability of young people, particularly those in vulnerable situations, by providing digital tools and offering training in key skills for job searching. Through this project, we aim for participants not only to enhance their professional profiles but also to develop a proactive attitude toward employment and better capabilities to manage their integration into the workforce effectively. From the perspective of youth practice, our objectives are: 1. Strengthening young people's digital skills: One of the main challenges many young people face when searching for a job is the lack of digital skills, particularly in using job search platforms, professional networks, and tools for creating resumes or cover letters. This project will provide specific training in the use of digital tools and promote the learning of essential digital skills for active job searching, as well as the development of an attractive online professional profile for potential employers. 2. Promoting entrepreneurship and creativity: In addition to training in digital tools, the project will focus on equipping young people with soft skills such as creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making. These skills are essential for both job searching and entrepreneurship, enabling young people to tackle workplace challenges in innovative and effective ways. In the context of a changing labor market, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset will help young people become more adaptable and resilient. 3. Developing autonomy and confidence in young people: We want participants to build greater autonomy in their job search process. Through practical activities such as mock job interviews, creating resumes and cover letters, and participating in training and reflection sessions, young people will increase their confidence in their abilities. This autonomy and confidence are fundamental for young people to successfully navigate the labor market and feel empowered in their professional journey. 4. Promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment: In this project, young people will not only acquire technical skills but also fundamental values such as respect, cooperation, and solidarity. Through group activities and the exchange of experiences among young people from different countries, we aim to create an inclusive environment where every participant feels valued and supported in their learning process. Transnational collaboration will allow young people to better understand cultural and social differences and provide them with opportunities to work on joint projects that foster their integration at both local and European levels. 5. Fostering a European and global mindset: In a globalized world, young people must be prepared to interact in a diverse and dynamic work environment. Through this project, we aim to foster a European mindset that helps young people not only understand the opportunities and challenges of the European labor market but also enhance their ability to actively participate in a globalized society. Youth mobility and intercultural exchange will play a key role in developing these competencies. 6. Strengthening support networks and collaboration among organizations: Another important objective is to foster cooperation and networking among the different organizations participating in the project, as well as among the young people themselves. By providing a space for sharing best practices, knowledge, and experiences among NGOs and other stakeholders, we aim to create a strong network that will continue to support young people in their employability journey even after the project concludes. This approach will expand participants' opportunities and strengthen connections both locally and internationally. In summary, our project seeks to empower young people, especially those facing difficulties in accessing employment, by equipping them with the necessary tools to improve their career prospects and quality of life. We aim to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment, based on experience sharing and the development of both technical and personal skills, enabling them to face the future with greater opportunities for success in the labor market.
