Soft skills are essential in today’s job market, but they are declining among younger generations. In Spain, income inequality continues to grow, affecting the health and well-being of young people, particularly in Granada. Additionally, rising stress, anxiety, and school bullying worsen the situation, linked to excessive technology use and social pressure. Many young people lack knowledge on how to present their experiences and skills in the labor market, as schools prioritize academic knowledge over social competencies. Our youth exchange will address these challenges, helping participants develop key skills for their future. This project will allow for a comparison of unemployment situations in the participating countries and an analysis of work environments. Objectives: Increase values of tolerance, diversity, and entrepreneurship. Develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes that young people need to be recognized more quickly in the labor market. Goals: Provide participants with the opportunity to better understand themselves and their soft skills. Develop competencies in emotional intelligence, soft skills, youth unemployment, cultural diversity, conflict resolution, and psychological safety. Provide tools and methods to enhance soft skills at the local and national levels. Encourage entrepreneurship, responsibility, independence, critical thinking, and the ability to express and communicate in a foreign language among participants.
