The Undertaking Inclusion: European Youth creating social solutions project, stems from the conviction that social entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool for social transformation and empowerment for young people from marginalized social backgrounds. In "Emprendiendo la Inclusión," we will work with young people who represent cultural minorities, young immigrants, refugees, and young people marginalized for various reasons, who often face significant barriers to their full inclusion in society. We start from the premise that their stories, often marked by adversity, misunderstanding, and pain, contain enormous potential for the creation of innovative solutions. In a space like the Erasmus+ program, where diversity is a fundamental value and the richness of intercultural exchange is celebrated, we seek to generate a profound impact on the lives of these young people. We want to "trigger" their resilience, transforming their negative experiences into a driving force for action. Through learning about social entrepreneurship, we will provide them with the necessary tools and support to turn their experiences into projects, actions, and social activities that benefit their communities and society in general. Our main objective is to foster social and civic participation among these young people, for this we want to teach them how to plan, manage and develop a "social enterprise". We want them to become agents of change, committed to their causes and to building a more just and inclusive society. We firmly believe that the future, continuation, and consolidation of our European society depend largely on the commitment and action of young people. Project objectives: Empower young people from marginalized contexts through social entrepreneurship: From the practice of youth work, this implies creating safe and trusting spaces where young people can explore their ideas, develop their skills, and receive individualized support. They will be provided with mentoring, practical training, and access to resources that allow them to turn their ideas into real projects. Promote social inclusion and cultural diversity: This translates into the creation of intercultural activities that foster dialogue, mutual respect, and understanding between young people from different backgrounds. Issues such as discrimination, stereotypes, and prejudices will be addressed, seeking to generate greater awareness and sensitivity towards diversity. Develop key skills for employability and civic participation: We will offer workshops and practical activities that develop skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and project management. These skills will not only be useful for social entrepreneurship but also for their personal and professional development. Develop digital skills for social entrepreneurship and employability: Train young people in the use of relevant digital tools for marketing, communication, and social project management, such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Trello, and Google Workspace. Foster the active participation of young people in their communities through projects, events, activities, or social actions: Supporting young people in the implementation of their local actions after the training, connecting them with local resources and actors, and providing them with the opportunity to present their projects to the community. They will be encouraged to participate in other social initiatives and become active and committed citizens. Create a support and collaboration network between young people and organizations: From youth work, this implies facilitating the exchange of experiences and good practices between young people and partner organizations, creating a network of contacts that allows them to continue collaborating and learning after the project. They will be encouraged to participate in future initiatives and maintain contact with other participants.
