By implementing this project, we aim to foster the personal and professional growth of young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, through non-formal learning experiences. The project seeks to equip participants with essential life skills, promote inclusion and diversity, and strengthen youth participation in the community. Through intercultural exchange, experiential learning, and peer collaboration, we strive to create a space where young people can develop confidence, improve their employability, and engage actively in society. Objectives from a Youth Work Perspective The project focuses on empowering young people through non-formal education, addressing key areas such as personal development, social inclusion, and active citizenship. We aim to: Enhance participants' self-confidence, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. Foster intercultural understanding and tolerance among young people from diverse backgrounds. Provide tools for emotional well-being and stress management, supporting mental health resilience. Develop key competences in creativity, leadership, and problem-solving to improve employability. Promote youth participation in civic and social initiatives at local and European levels. Encourage sustainable practices and environmental awareness through activities that promote responsible citizenship. Strengthen cooperation between youth organizations and foster long-term partnerships.
