The main objective of the project is to analyse the forest management and food system of each region participating in the project, and of Europe in general, to find solutions and alternatives that are more respectful of the environment and people. We also seek to bring young people closer to rural areas, so that they can look for business and entrepreneurial opportunities and thus solve the problems of depopulation and lack of generational change in Europe. Objectives: -Reflect on forest and agricultural management models. -Awaken young people's interest in rural work. -Analyse the forest and agricultural problems of the participating countries. -Learn about alternatives for food production. -Examine our way of consuming and establish sustainable alternatives. -Discover what an edible forest is and how it works. -Participate in the construction of an edible forest. -Create a network of contacts of entities and people interested in food sovereignty and sustainable forest management. -Promote critical thinking.
