The main objective of the project is to empower young people to lead a more sustainable and conscious lifestyle, promoting responsible consumption that takes into account social, environmental, and ethical aspects. We aim to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to reflect on their consumption habits, raise awareness of the global impacts of their decisions, and motivate them to adopt more sustainable lifestyles. The specific objectives of the project are: -Fostering critical awareness and reflective thinking: We want young people to understand how their consumption choices affect both social and environmental levels. The goal is for participants to develop critical thinking that allows them to identify unsustainable consumption patterns and explore more responsible alternatives. -Developing practical skills in sustainability: Through workshops and activities, the project will teach young people practical techniques and skills to make responsible purchasing decisions, reduce waste, and extend the life of products. These practical skills will allow them to apply what they have learned in their daily lives and share this knowledge with others. -Promoting individual and collective responsibility: We aim to inspire a sense of responsibility in young people towards the environment and society. We want to motivate them to adopt more conscious consumption decisions and to act as multipliers of this knowledge, positively influencing their local communities. -Spreading knowledge and best practices: The project aims to have young people share what they have learned about responsible consumption with their close circles (friends, family) and their communities. Through this dissemination, we hope that awareness and sustainable practices will multiply, reaching more people at both local and global levels. In summary, the project seeks for young people not only to adopt responsible consumption practices but to become leaders in promoting these practices in their communities, strengthening their skills, knowledge, and values to contribute to positive social and environmental change.
