With this project, we aim to draw attention to the importance of cultural diversity and harmony in workplaces and to ensure that individuals become aware of this issue. In a globalizing world, it has become inevitable for individuals from different cultures to work together. However, when this situation is not managed correctly, it can bring about difficulties such as prejudice, discrimination and harmony problems. Seeing cultural differences not as a threat but as a source of enrichment positively affects not only the social and professional lives of individuals but also the general well-being of societies. In this context, for example, while minority groups in Spain constitute approximately 10-12% of the general population (European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights), this rate goes up to 34% in Latvia (Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia). The rate of minority groups in Turkey is approximately 15-20% (TUIK). While minority groups in Romania constitute 10.4% of the population, this rate varies between 10-12% in Hungary (Hungarian Central Statistical Office). These rates show the presence of individuals from different cultures in the workforce and the importance of cultural diversity. As part of the project, one of our main goals is to show participants how cultural differences can contribute to creating an environment where they can work together in harmony. At the same time, we aim to raise awareness about questioning prejudices and breaking discrimination by allowing young people to get to know each other better. In this context, we can summarize the goals of the project as follows: 1-To introduce the contributions of different cultures to the workplace and to show how valuable this diversity is. 2-To enable participants to communicate with each other and get to know different cultures, thus creating the opportunity to question and break prejudices. 3-To provide the necessary knowledge and skills to create environments where individuals from different cultures can work together effectively. 4-To encourage the positive effects of cultural diversity in business life and to ensure that participants apply these experiences in their careers and social circles. 5-To contribute to the development of participants' foreign language skills. 6-To inform participants about the importance, use and value of the Youthpass Certificate. 7-To increase awareness of the Erasmus+ program and introduce this program among young people. 8-To develop the intercultural communication skills and tolerance of the participants. 9-To ensure that they understand that cultural diversity is a richness and to provide them with experience in this regard. 10-To contribute to the formation of a European identity and to develop a global citizenship awareness among young people. Our project aims for young people to contribute to their individual development and to acquire skills that will increase social harmony by achieving these gains.
